START TRAININGHYROX is a global fitness race combining 8 kilometers of running with 8 functional workout stations. Each 1 km run is followed by a station including SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer's carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
