The race begins with 1000 meters on the SkiErg, demanding upper body endurance and core stability. This station sets the tone for what's to come - a relentless test of your cardiovascular system.
After your first 1km run, you'll face the sled push. Raw power meets technique as you drive a weighted sled across 50 meters. This is where the race truly begins to separate athletes.
The sled pull demands posterior chain strength and mental fortitude. Using a rope, you'll drag the same weight back 50 meters. Your grip, lats, and glutes will be pushed to their limits.
The soul crusher. Combining burpees with broad jumps over 80 meters, this station is where athletes question their life choices. Every rep is a battle against your own mind.
Halfway through the race, you'll face 1000 meters on the rowing machine. Your legs are already screaming, but now you need them for power while maintaining cardiovascular output.
